Tree & Plant Health Care
Every Folia visit starts with a diagnosis, not a sales pitch. Peter, a Board Certified Master Arborist, inspects your trees on-site, looking at the canopy, trunk, root zone and soil, to find out what’s actually going on before recommending anything.
From there we build a targeted plan: treatments for insects and disease (including emerald ash borer protection), deep-root fertilization and soil care to strengthen trees from the ground up, and monitoring through the season so problems get caught early instead of treated late. When a tree’s safety is in question, we provide TRAQ-qualified tree risk assessments with clear, written findings, so you can make confident decisions about the trees around your home, family and property. The goal is simple: healthier, longer-lived trees and fewer expensive surprises.
About us
Folia was founded by Peter Boehm, a second-generation arborist with over a decade of hands-on experience caring for trees across the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin. As a Board Certified Master Arborist and TRAQ-qualified tree risk assessor, Peter brings deep technical expertise to every diagnosis and treatment plan. Folia was built on a simple belief: healthy trees start with healthy soil and early, accurate diagnosis — not just reactive treatment. Family-owned and operated out of Prescott, Wisconsin, Folia is dedicated to the long-term health of the trees and landscapes that make up our urban forest.
